Professional- Polite- Responsive Got my 1st auto policy with them as a new 17 Year old driver- in 1989! been with them 34 years now- Just modified a homeowners policy at 52 years old, Kelly and the office staff are always happy to help and get things taken care of quickly. Love them!

I was a State Farm Auto Insurance Customer for 25 years. I changed my Auto Insurance company 8 Years ago, but thanks to Devin Swangin, I just changed back to State Farm. Devin is wonderful to work with. She is very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very effective and she makes herself available for any questions or concerns. Devin is one of the main reasons, I switched back to State Farm.

Devin is absolutely fantastic! She answered all of my questions and prepared everything in a timely fashion! She broke down all the parts of the policy and explained them to me answering every question. Devin is extremely knowledgeable and personable! What a great experience it was to work with her! I’ve had State Farm Auto and Life Insurance now for over 8 years(can’t remember exactly how long lol) . Devin Swangin is the absolute best!! She’s always made herself available for whatever questions I have. I can email her or call her and she responds right back. I’ve requested several quotes on different policies and she’s also provided me with different options and what would work best for me and my family. Customer Service is extremely important to me and hands down Devin is amazing!! I’ve also spoken with other team members as well and have never been disappointed.

I've been with this company for over 20 to 25 years between my 2 homes. When purchasing my second home I use them and they had been charging me for the wrong square footage for over 10 plus years. When I finally realized it and brought it to their attention they try to say I'm the one who gave it to them. Mind u I never even knew what it was myself until I started looking through paperwork. So they dropped my payment from like 1600 to 1400 something. Damn near a 200 dollar difference. So now they trying to raise it again to 1800 something. Nope canceled today and got everything they were offering for 500 dollars a year less. Check your paper work people cause these people don't care about u. Oh and they wouldn't reimbursement me.
